This program is about developing a deep relationship with yourself. It is a spiritually-based program that focuses on becoming healthy, both mentally and physically, on a soul level. You will realize your value and true-worth so that you not only have a love affair with yourself, but also attract healthy love in your life. The healthier we are, the more we will attract healthier, more authentic love to us. This relates to existing partners, new love, and expanding your energy to allow more abundance and prosperity into your life. It all works together, but it has to start with you first.

 Who is this program for?

This program works well for those who are lacking self-esteem, whether it’s from a recent challenge or something you’ve experienced throughout your life. We will cover the importance of living and speaking your truth, but feeling worthy enough to do so. We will take a deep dive into why fear, obligation, or guilt play a big factor in our thoughts and what you can do to change that. 

Why do you continue to be critical of yourself? What is needed to make a shift? This module will cover reprogramming and self-mastery techniques. It’s about self-discovery and how to feel solid in who you are.
